【ランチ】グループ・団体のお客様へ　For groups

いつも当店をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。


最近、グループや団体様でのご利用についてお問い合わせをいただく機会が増えております。当店は店主と妻の二人だけで切り盛りしている小さな店のため、大人数でのご利用にはいくつかの**「お願い」**がございます。

お客様に最高のお料理と、穏やかな時間を提供し続けるためのルールです。ご理解いただければ幸いです。

1. お席のご案内について

当店は「予約制」ではございませんが、5名様以上のグループ、または10名様前後の貸切をご希望の場合に限り、事前に条件を整えた上でご入店を承ることが可能です。

  • 5〜7名様： ご注文いただくメニューの統一をお願いする場合がございます。

  • 8〜10名様： 要事前相談。時間帯貸切（75分制）としてのご案内が可能です。

  • 11〜20名様： 要事前相談。2部制（75分×2回の入替制）による貸切にて対応させていただきます。

2. お料理について

一度に多くのお客様のお料理を仕上げるため、団体様の場合は**「メニューを限定（または統一）」**させていただいております。

特に、看板メニューである和牛ステーキ重セットなどを主軸としたプランをご提案しております。詳細な献立や構成については、ご相談時にお伝えいたします。

3. 私たちの想い

私たちは、目の前のお客様一人ひとりに丁寧にお肉を焼き、おもてなしをすることを大切にしています。そのため、通常のレストランのような柔軟な対応が難しい場面もございます。

「小さな店だからこそできる、特別なひととき」を楽しんでいただけるお客様と、良いご縁があればと願っております。

【Lunch】To Our Guests: Group and Private Booking Inquiries

Thank you for your continued support. As we are a small restaurant run only by a husband and wife, we have established a few guidelines for group visits to ensure the best quality of food and a peaceful atmosphere for everyone. We appreciate your understanding.

1. Seating and Group Size While we generally do not take reservations, we can arrange priority seating or private bookings for groups of 6 or more under the following conditions:

  • 5–7 guests: We may ask the entire group to order the same menu item.

  • 8–10 guests: Private booking available (75-minute limit).

  • 11–20 guests: Two-turn private booking (75 mins x 2 sessions).

2. Menu To serve all guests at their best, we require groups to choose from a limited or unified menu. We primarily offer plans featuring our signature Wagyu Steak Ju (Beef Box) sets. Specific details will be provided during consultation.

3. Our Philosophy We take pride in grilling each steak with care for the guest right in front of us. Because we prioritize this personal touch, we may not be as flexible as larger restaurants. We look forward to welcoming guests who appreciate the unique, intimate experience that only a small shop can provide.
